Received free ticket from my friend, TKC to watch the movie Doomsday last night. Before that, went to Bing! to have a cup of nice coffee (to make sure I don't fall asleep halfway into the movie) and to hang out with Tung. Managed to grab a copy of SingleTrackMind "(Hey.)" album for RM15, being offered as a promotion(I think) at Bing! as the sticker price from the CD shows RM29.90.
Now back to the movie itself, it SUCKS!
The early plot was quite nice as it bear some resemblance to the Resident Evil movie about a virus that breaks loose and infected human, causing so much chaos in the city but halfway into the movie, the movie seems to switch the attention from the virus to the battle between a bunch of punk gangsters and at this point, it seems to be running out of topic already(just like the running out of topic essays which we used to write during our schooling days, finally ended up getting scolded by teacher). Damn it, I am still blur until now, a day after watching!
My simple, straight-to-the-point final opinion, Doomsday sucks! Don't bother spending even a single cent into this movie(luckily my ticket is free, hehehe!). Better save your hard-earned cash to pump more petrol into your vehicle!
